Snowy (2021)

"Snowy" is a piece for a SATB choir inspired by my feelings during the COVID-19 pandemic, with an original text featuring themes of hardship, hope, and coming home. It paints a picture of a frosty landscape through a wider voicing and glistening chords, culminating in very distinctive moments throughout the piece, from a fully a capella climax, to a brief aleatoric section.
